My second cover!

Wow! How cool is that to have my first two covers on the store shelves at the same time!

You can see the whole quilt here until you get your hands on the magazine. Or you can see it for real at the International Quilt Festival- Chicago next weekend in the Cloth Paper Scissors exhibit "True Colors" of mixed media paper quilts.

  3. Congrats on the well deserved cover! How exciting!!I love the look of this quilt and knowing it is a paper quilt makes me really want to see it up close! So glad to hear you will have it at the quilt festival in Chicago at Make it U.

  4. Got my issue yesterday and your quilt is spectacular! The quilting was masterful and thank you for sharing in the article how you came to that. It made me think of quilting in a whole new way.
    I'm also really excited about the online classes you mentioned a few posts back. It might be a challenge to download here (we only have dialup), but it will be well worth it.

  6. Pulled my issue out of the mail today and the first thing I thought was, WOW, what a beautiful cover! Congrats. I just read someone's comment saying you're doing online classes--have to go find that post!

  7. just got my mag...took a peek...going to go upstairs, take a shower and cuddle in bed with it and read, read, read...tea bags?!! very clever. i like the finished piece...waiting for more snow... i thought spring had sprung but i must wait patienly and sew some more :-)
