Don't you hate it when you get to a class and realize that you don't have enough stuff to choose from or what you brought is not what you really want to do? Well, I am happy to provide an option for people to supplement their stash, I have made these fun kits for my Mixed Media Copper Book retreat in August.
I have made six different theme packs containing 3 pages of vintage black and white images, two sheets of tissue weight art paper, a printed color paper image and several color image transfers printed on Lesley Rileys's TAP transfer artist paper.
Hmmmmm.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like something you may want to market for those of us who can't attend (sniffling) a workshop! I know if there were some brief project instructions included, I'd be inclined to buy a kit like this and try to play on my own!
What a GREAT instructor you are! I think your students will want to buy one of each -you may want to up the quantity you made because they are so cool!
ReplyDeleteAnd I agree with Beena!
Thanks for the great feedback on the kits. It was fun choosing all the different parts to put together. I figured I would see how what kind of response I get with these and then decide about what to do next.
ReplyDeleteCindy, I would hope to be considered a great teacher, thanks for the vote of confidence!
Very cool! Can you tell us the themes you did?
ReplyDeleteCome on, sell 'em to us! Etsy shop!
ReplyDeleteHi Deborah,
ReplyDeletethe themes for the packs are birds, flowers, vintage advertising/book pages, alphabets/communication, insects and mystical symbols and imagery.
See what I mean? You really should market these...I'll be waiting!!!!
ReplyDeleteI agree...I'd be very interested in buying a kit (or two or three)!
ReplyDeletehmmmmmm... ya got me thinking. I need to check into shipping etc. then maybe I can make some available :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with the girls! I'd buy a few myself. I love the colors and theme.
ReplyDeleteDo you have enough time in the day? LOL
