After the quilting was finished, I marked out the finished size: 24" x 60", sewed a tight straight stitch just inside the marked line, then trimmed it to size.
To finish the edge, I chose 3 different cords that picked up the colors in the quilt and used them
to make a couched twisted cord binding.

Very nice. There is so much to look at and discover. I love using cords and yarn and other fibers to finish a small quilt.

I love it. I saw that someone else posted that it would be fabulous if someone could make actual cups for purchase from your design. Wouldn't that be great? And there could be saucers, plates, etc. Beautiful piece!
